Morgan was born and raised in New Baden, Illinois. She attended Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville where she received her BS in biology. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2017.
Morgan lives in New Baden with her husband, Alex, and children, Amelia and Henry. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
